Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83, as well as Slovenian consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Conditions for Withdrawal:

1. Withdrawal Period: You have 14 days to notify us of your decision to cancel the contract. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter, email, or through our contact form). You can use the sample withdrawal form below (but it’s not mandatory):

3. Return of Goods: After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.

4. Refunds: Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the full amount paid, including the standard shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Cost of Return: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

You do not have the right to cancel the contract in the following cases:

• Products sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, which have been opened after delivery.

• Products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.

• Products which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return.
