CAN I PICK UP THE ORDER?
We are an online-only store and do not have a physical location for pickups or in-person shopping. All orders are shipped directly to you.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they have been placed and paid for. This is due to logistical and accounting constraints.
CAN I RECEIVE A PRO-FORMA INVOICE?
Yes, if you select ‘bank wire’ as your payment method, a pro forma invoice will be automatically sent to your email.
IS IT IMPORTANT TO REGISTER?
No, registration is not required. You can place an order as a guest without creating a login and password. However, as a guest, you won’t be able to check your order history, and you’ll need to enter your delivery details again for future purchases.

WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESSING PROCEDURE?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin preparing your package. Once the payment is processed, you will receive another email along with your sales documents (receipt/invoice). After that, your order is packed and sent for dispatch.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?
If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, attach a photo of the received product and the entire package. This will allow us to identify the error and offer a suitable solution. Claims regarding missing or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Additionally, a protocol signed with the courier may be required. Remember, you have the right to check the contents of your package upon delivery.
AM I ABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
No, we do not accept orders by phone. Ordering online ensures:

We issue VAT invoices for all orders. Your invoice will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure your details are correct before placing the order, as they cannot be changed afterward.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION OR CONFIRMATION?
If you haven’t received any emails from us, there may be a typo or missing character in the email address you provided during checkout. This can prevent our messages from being delivered. Please contact our support team so we can verify your details and resend the necessary information.
CAN I RECEIVE AN INVOICE WITH ALL CUSTOMER DATA?
Yes, we can issue an invoice that includes both the buyer’s and recipient’s details. To receive such an invoice, please ensure that all required information is entered correctly at the time of placing your order.
I RECEIVE MESSAGE "ITEM OUT OF STOCK" WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
This message is automatically sent if your order includes a product marked as “waiting for delivery.” It may also occur if you attempt to order more items than we currently have in stock. In this case, your order will be processed when all its items are in stock. If you’d like to adjust your order, please contact our support team.

Registered customers can track their order status in their order history. If you placed an order without registering, you can contact our customer service for updates. Additionally, you will receive automated email notifications at key stages, including order confirmation, payment processing, and shipping.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the selected country and the weight of the package. You can also find detailed shipping information on our DELIVERY PAGE
ARE PACKAGES INSURED?
Yes, shipments sent via GLS courier are insured up to 500€
WHEN THE ORDER IS SHIPPED?
When we receive payment by 13:00 on Tuesday to Friday and by 12:00 on Monday, we ship the order the same day!
CAN DELIVERY BE EXPEDITED WITHIN 24h?
Unfortunately, we use GLS Courier service, which does not offer 24-hour delivery.
CAN I STOP A DELIVERY THAT IS IN PROGRESS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to stop the delivery once it is in progress. Please ensure that all necessary details are carefully checked before requesting a delivery. Once the order is accepted and payment is received, we are unable to halt the delivery process.
